Our Client wanted to revamp the Google Ads Search Campaign and maps, that they were running previously and also wanted to rank organically on search aswell. We started off by making a completely new Google Ads campaign, we improved the keywords and Ad copy. From the analytics of the first few months, we saw a decrease in CPC(cost per click) and an increase in clicks and engagement. We also tracked the calls from the ads, we saw an increase in new clients. In terms of SEO, our strategy has been to go for the high commercial intent keywords with a relatively high search volume. In the first month of the SEO work, We got Hemlock Animal Hospitals website from 6-7 page to the first page, the keyword being “animal hospital in Vancouver”. We plan on getting this to the top three then moving on to another keyword. We find this an efficient way to get actual results from organic SEO rather than going for as many keywords as possible, we want to bring actual new clients to the business by ranking for search terms that relevant consumers use.
